A new JV
Abu Dhabi, UAE – November 14, 2021 – Navistar Defense, LLC (Navistar Defense) and Bin Hilal Enterprises LLC (BHE) today announced the formation of Navistar Defense Middle East Trading LLC (Navistar Defense Middle East). It is a joint venture created to provide Original Equipment Manufacturer quality lifecycle support for military vehicles, including service programs, spare parts, field services, warranty support, and training.
The joint venture blends the vehicle domain experience of Navistar Defense with the business and cultural wisdom of Bin Hilal Enterprises. Immediate efforts will include the growth of the military vehicle parts and distribution areas, focusing on sustainment and modification to the nearly 10,000 Navistar Defense vehicles in the region. The newly formed Emirati company provides the platform for Navistar Defense to demonstrate its continued commitment to the region.

The joint venture appointed Charles A. Williamson as Managing Director/General Manager.
