Property and Asset Management

The team of Bin Hilal Enterprises LLC manages the extensive portfolio of properties owned by the founders of the company.

The scope of duties covers:

Lease administration – BHE team manages the rents collection, generation of detailed data and reports, closely analyzing assets, liabilities and opportunities, while supporting the creation of value and making savings across the founders’ portfolio. The team also manages how to best present the properties for a successful let; marketing the units to the database of applicants; negotiating between the landlord and applicants to get the right tenancy terms and keeping the tenant and landlord informed of legislative requirements.

Property Insurance: the team takes care of all buildings insurance paperwork, claims handling and much more.

Property Accounting: based on the needs of the landlords, the team builds financial forecasts and service charge budgets for the year as well as the preparation of year end accounts.

Facility Management: the team and on behalf of the founders takes care of all maintenance needs of the properties and answers all requests from tenants while abiding by regulatory requirements and health and safety guidelines.

Tawtheeq and Ijari Registrations- the team supports the clients/ tenants with the needed registrations
